\t\t\t\tDuring 10 days, the Parcours Saint-Germain<\/strong> has sowed in our dear district small pieces\u00a0of contemporary art.<\/p>\n

Contemporary Art: Marine de Soos at Hotel des Marronniers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

You just needed to take a map\u00a0on the Place Saint-Germain-des-Pr\u00e9s and then go to the addresses mentioned. Works, artists, but also places were to be discovered. And it is here that this initiative is beautiful: inviting contemporary art in a historical environment like Saint-Germain.<\/p>\n

As every year, everything has been cleverly organized and the result was a breathtaking creativity! We also noticed the very successful integration of the works in the places invested. Most visits were made naturally, without thinking that photography, sculpture or painting created a disharmony with its host.<\/p>\n

If you missed the 2017 edition of the Parcours Saint-Germain<\/strong>, we can share\u00a0a few pictures taken this weekend\u00a0around\u00a0the Welcome Hotel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Contemporary Art: Ladislas Combeuil – J\u00e9r\u00f4me Dreyfuss<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We started with the boutique J\u00e9r\u00f4me Dreyfuss<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, rue Jacob, with the work of Ladislas Combeuil,<\/em> which combines wood and linen to give birth to large geometric shapes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hotel des Marronniers<\/a><\/span><\/strong> has particularly attracted us with the sculptures of Marine de Soos<\/em>. Two small characters at the entrance of the hotel and a young flutist feeling well in the garden.<\/p>\n

After the hotels La Villa<\/strong> and Bel Ami<\/strong>, we pushed the doors of Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, rue Saint-Benoit. Marie Guerrier<\/em>, a specialist in metal, has put\u00a0chocolate from the shop in her works. And what a fine result!<\/p>\n

The famous caf\u00e9 Les Deux Magots<\/a><\/span><\/strong> welcomed Dean Monogenis<\/em> and the paintings in which he allowed himself some unusual\u00a0associations.<\/p>\n

In the Sonya Rykiel<\/strong>‘s shop, on the boulevard Saint-Germain, the artist Maggie Cardelus<\/em> revealed her personal universe, her privacy printed on fabrics.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

American Vintage<\/strong>, rue Saint-Sulpice, is certainly the one that surprised us most with Charlotte Dual\u00e9<\/em> and its soft forms.<\/p>\n

Finally, our favorite is La Fratrie<\/em>, at Pierre Marcolini<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, rue de Seine. The sculptures made with four hands (two brothers) plunged us into a universe fantastic and\u00a0magical, and enamored of lightness. 3 works were exhibited in the shop.<\/p>\n
